I’m serious! 🙂
I just published my 50th blog post on TechQuest and that’s quite an accomplishment for me. I’ve attempted blogs many times over the past 15-20 years and I can honestly say that the most I’ve ever posted (and never anywhere near this consistency) was maybe 8-10 posts per blog site before I quit.
I’m telling you this because I want you to know how committed I am to helping you learn about the power of the device you have in your hand or on your lap/desk. Steve Jobs always said that he doesn’t want Apple to make products that people want, but instead, he wants to make products we don’t know we want (or need) until Apple shows us.
“It’s really hard to design products by focus groups. A lot of times, people don’t know what they want until you show it to them.”
— Steve Jobs
When you take a deeper look at your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or other Apple device (or software/service), and you really think about some of the things that you use it for, you’ll be amazed at the realization that you didn’t really think about how helpful or practical that thing is.
The Next 50
My next 50 posts are going to focus on the same efforts to help unfold some common aspects of your devices, as well as reveal some cool tips and tricks on how you can customize your device to your personal use.
However, because I want to to do everything I can to help better equip you with the knowledge you need to get the most out of the technology you use everyday, I also want to begin catering the posts more to your needs.
In order to do this, I have created a form within this post and will have it posted on the contact page later this week. This form will allow you to send me a message directly and share with me what it is you want to know more about and also give me the opportunity to help you personally! Also, if you know of anyone that could use the same kind of personal attention in helping them better understand the technology they are using, please share this post with them. 🙂
Now that you’ve filled out the form, I ask that you give me an opportunity to review your responses and I will respond within 48 hours* (not including Sundays and holidays).
Thank you so much for keeping up with TechQuest and I look forward to reading your responses and providing you with much more personal attention as you learn more about the ever-changing world of technology!
